Betty Makoni to sign autobiography at Mbuya Stella Chiweshe Zimarts day-London 8 July

I extend invitation to you and your children to come. There are many life saving programs for children to be shared on the day. I am going to be there with my official autobiography and I will speak. Your entry fee to Zimarts is below and so buy your ticket now and see you on 8 July.
ZIM ARTS celebrates and showcases a range of traditional and contemporary arts engaged with the history and cultures of Zimbabwe. Hosted by V22 in a repurposed factory, this day-long festival will present a rare chance for visitors and participants of all ages to enjoy and engage with aspects of a rich artistic and spiritual tradition that forms part of a wider contemporary force. Over the course of one Sunday at the V22 Summer Club, join our dynamic programme of film-screenings, workshops, food and art culminating in a concert by Stella Chiweshe. ZIM ARTS offers an introduction to Zimbabwean Arts and Culture as it embraces the second vital decade of the twenty-first century. ZIM ARTS day will culminate in a musical recital by Stella Chiweshe - a legendary musician internationally recognised for her singing and playing of the mbira dzavadzimu, a traditional instrument of the Shona people of Zimbabwe. In addition to being one of the few female players of this device, and with a true understanding of its role within traditional and contemporary gatherings and ceremonies, Ms Chiweshe’s awesome music promises to attune all those lucky enough to make this rare UK appearance into what promises to be one of the most inspiring moments in London this summer; http://www.v22collection.com/club/event.php?ID=175
